The Pork Roll Egg & Cheese on a Kaiser Bun Tape is an unreleased and mostly uncirculated demo tape by Ween from mid-1990 recorded during the sessions for The Pod. Very little is known about the tape - as it contains the rest of the songs recorded during the sessions for the Pod and there is a gap between the recording of The Stallion (recorded February-March 1990) and Bilboa (compiled in October 1990), it is likely this falls between the two.

Many of the songs present on The Pod from this tape mention the titular food.
